The Klingon was created by Australia's fly guru Peter Morse in the early 90's to represent a belly flap teaser, widely used in the tease and switch method for Billfish.
The method has become the standard for taking billfish throughout Australia and most of the World.
This version i crossed between a Feathered Klingon fly and a SparDean billfish fly this gives it a baitfish "GLOW" with it's transparent profile with its big eye (20mm)
